This private development for multiple tenants is located in the Wuse 2 District. The semi-circular and long vertical/horizontal walls with animated colors let it stand out and contrast with surrounding buildings.

The project consists of the integration of 4no. town-houses topped by 2no. pent-houses designed as liveable spaces in a 3-storey luxury apartment. The residential development is an essential departure from the usual housing typology common in the City of Abuja. The architectural and engineering designs were carefully done with great attention to detail.
