A suspended 4-floors institutional building providing office accommodations for the Executive Directors, 6 Associates Directors, and space provisions for 24 HODs and support staff.

Also provided is an Auditorium of 120 seats capacity.

Similarly, support spaces like a reception, waiting area, concourse, break out areas, 60 seats cafeteria, meeting room of 3 strata’s and capacities, a fitness room, and prayer areas, are well incorporated into the design.

The requirement for privacy in work areas was well considered in the design, without compromising the need for social interaction and team-work.

The building mass combines various geometrical shapes and forms to achieve an ideal visual appeal.

The golden ratio parameters well tested, assert that the design has a perfect combination of balance and harmony.
