The Shell Estate in Maitama, Abuja is arguably the first less restrictive contemporary building that incorporates different styles and designs for unique elements and imaginative ways that eventually attract high-end homeowners and clients.

The Shell Estate occupies a well-landscaped 57,300sqm compound; a town within a town for about 51 families, supported by domestic and auxiliary workers. The Estate is conceptualized to be a miniature town consisting of various residential building types and recreational facilities together with facilities for administrative and maintenance functions.
