An alternative design to meet up with the requirements of the Client was a challenge.

However, design changes to the external façade, auditorium, and a comprehensive redesign created a bird-like structure in motion and representing the indigenous ‘’Olokun” goddess.

This new structure seats the Senate and provides offices for the University’s administration inside the 9,031.86Sqm
