The architectural expression is defined by a bold external frame that wraps the façade, creating a recognizable identity while simultaneously serving as shading, privacy modulation, and balcony articulation for the units within.
The massing lifts the primary residential floors above a porous ground level, allowing parking, entry, and ventilation to occur naturally beneath the building. This gesture reduces the visual weight of the structure at street level and creates a welcoming arrival experience framed by landscape and generous setbacks.
